Welcome to Mulberry Silks Summer camps! In Maker’s camp we will devote each day to a to a different project. Many skills will be taught. We will focus on machine basics, learning how to use different stitches, using a variety of presser feet, and learning how to properly use the iron.
Our projects will include learning how to put in a zipper in a dopp kit bag, Making a quilted 18″ by 18″ pillow with different fabrics, a nice big grocery tote that (also works for carry lots of things!), and last but not least we will sew a fabric wallet using a fun print of your choice! Basically we will be busy all week and you will leave camp with lots of useful projects. Examples of projects will be in the shop to look at.
